1.Good mechanical properties:

Our  ESD PC polycarbonate has excellent performance, the surface resistance is 10^5 ~ 10^9 Ω, volume resistance is 10^5 ~ 10^9 Ω·cm, impact strength is ≥60 KJ/m². Tensile strength heat deformation temperature is ≥125℃ and no precipitation, it also can be used for injection molding and extrusion, and the optional thickness is 1.0mm~8.0mm. Our ESD PC  polycarbonate is placed in an environment of 85% relative humidity for 48 hours, and the resistance change range is <0.5 . Factories in high humidity areas can also use our anti static polycarbonate in production.

2.Good quality control:

Each batch of Ansuyi ESD PC polycarbonate consistency is as high as 98%, and the difference is less than 2%. We use automated continuous mixing production line equipped with an infrared online temperature measurement and resistance detection system to control product quality from the source: the resistance deviation of each batch anti static polycarbonate is less than ±0.5 steps, the color difference is controlled to △E＜1.0, After testing ach batch of anti static PC compound, the data was kept for over 18 months to keep a record.

Compared with the anti-static ESD  PC polycarbonate from Europe and America, the performance of Ansuyi ESD PC  polycarbonate can reach 80%-95%, it is almost the same but you can save 15%~30% cost.
