What is CF polycarbonate conductive plastic granules?
Ansuyi Carbon Fiber Conductive polycarbonate known as CF-PC is made of high-quality PC raw materials Teijin 1250Y and Toray T300. These two materials are melted and extruded to uniformly disperse the carbon fibers and form stable conductive channels, giving them excellent conductivity. Compared with normal conductive plastics, Ansuyi carbon fiber polycarbonate conductive PC plastic pellets have stronger heat resistance up to 100 degrees, higher mechanical strength impact up to 20-30 J/m, and can meet many high-demand application scenarios, such as electrical protection, automotive parts, electronic equipment casings and other fields. Due to its good physical properties, CF polycarbonate conductive PC conductive material is widely used in applications that require high strength, high temperature resistance and conductivity such as: electric vehicle battery management system BMA casing.
